The FlowRow Board adds a second direction of movement: your rowing machine tilts laterally, like a real rowing boat. The FlowRow Board brings the second dimension into play – the lateral tilting movement. With Slides, the third is added: the entire rowing machine glides back and forth – similar to a boat moving beneath you.

This creates a rowing feel that comes astonishingly close to a real single scull.

In the version for Slides, the bottom boards are larger and shaped to fit exactly into the slide carriages. Rubber feet on the underside let it stand directly on the floor as well – so you can row with or without Slides at any time. If you are planning to get Slides, you can start without them today and add them later without buying a new board. If you will always row without Slides, the standard version is the more affordable choice.
