Payment methods and shipping costs

1. Delivery

1.1. Your order is shipped by DHL

1.2. We ship to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus

2. Shipping costs

2.1. No shipping within Germany. Customers with a delivery address in Germany please order via flowrowfit.com.

Orders with a gross order value of 200 EUR or more ship free of charge.

2.2. Shipping costs are calculated by the weight of the goods and are shown in the shopping cart and at checkout. We deliver exclusively to the following countries of the European Union (excluding Germany):

Zone 1 (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Spain, France, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia): up to 2 kg 15.90 EUR, up to 10 kg 23.90 EUR, up to 20 kg 33.90 EUR, over 20 kg 45.40 EUR.

Zone 2 (Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Malta, Portugal, Romania): up to 2 kg 16.20 EUR, up to 10 kg 25.00 EUR, up to 20 kg 36.00 EUR, over 20 kg 48.65 EUR.

Orders of 200 EUR or more ship free of charge. Shipping by DHL, delivery time 3 to 5 working days. All prices include the value added tax applicable in the country of delivery.

2.3. For cross-border deliveries, further taxes (for example in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or charges, such as customs duties, may apply. These are to be borne by you.
